Thank God it’s Facebook Friday

Facebook Friday July 27, 2012
Every Friday I feature my favorite Facebook post(s). Since I don’t publish crap you might want to stay tuned and check in regularly on Fridays to find out what’s new, nuts, funny, things that make you say, “OMG!” Some things I just can’t keep to myself and my Facebook buds so here we go!
Click here to find my BC Facebook fan page. My goal is to rule the world! You can help by clicking the “Like” button. Isn’t that easy? Whew!
The first is a great reminder of why I seemingly have zero free time despite not having a full-time job. I get this question, believe it or not, mostly from my single girlfriends who work full-time. It’s a brilliant explanation. For all you stay-at-home moms, this one’s for you!
The next image is an utterly amazing site in Silicon Valley. This is Hanger One, a Zeppelin hanger, at Moffett Field, Mountain View, Calif. According to my friend, J.R. Boye, it’s one of the few structures you can see from space. The shell has been stripped because of asbestos and other chemicals it leached into the ground water. Most folks want to see it restored and not dismantled but, of course, funding is an issue. It’s a part of us here and we love our bare naked lady. Here’s hoping it is restored.
Enjoy,
Emiliana

  1. Stephanie,

First, thanks for taking the time to read and comment on my blog. It made too much sense, right? It’s true. Every few seconds it’s, “Hey Mom?” That usually gets turned into “Mom’s To-do List,” know what I mean? ;o)

  2. I enjoyed the article. I don’t have kids but I babysit a one and four year old Mon – Fri (9am to 6pm) so it just like having them and I COMPLETELY agree!
